Dew point sampling systems extract and analyse a representative sample of the process air or gas.

Shaw Moisture Meters have developed dew point sampling systems through over 60 years of experience in the moisture measurement industry. Our sample systems are utilised by different industries and manufactured to meet the most demanding requirements. All of our sample systems are constructed using high quality components to ensure long term reliability in the toughest applications.

Off the Shelf – Standard range

The Shaw Moisture Meters standard range of sample systems cater for most applications. The range consists of the Model SU2, SU3, SU4, SWS-SD3 and our most recent addition the SDH-PSS.

Model SU2, SU3 and SU4 consist of a simple and effective conditioning panel. The conditioning panel ensures that the sample pressure and flow are suitable for dew point measurement. Simple to setup and install and available off the shelf with a 2 – 3 day delivery.

For portable dew point meters

The SU2 and SU3 dew point sampling systems are suitable for attaching to the SADP and SADP-D portable dew point meters. The SDH-PSS portable sample system is specifically for the SDHmini range of portable hand held dew point meters.

For online moisture analysers

SU4, SWS-SD3 and SSNGH sample systems are suitable for inline moisture analysers. The SWS and SSNGH sample systems are housed in weatherproof cabinets rated IP65 and IP66, protecting the dew point meter and dew point sensor from the elements and allowing the dew point sensor to operate at atmospheric pressure.

Suitable for hazardous areas

The SSNGH sampling system is suitable for the extraction and analysis of clean, sweet Natural Gas. Tailored to specific customer requirements and certified for use in hazardous areas.
